# 메시지 사용 설정

## 1. 카카오

카카오 발신프로필을 등록해야만 카카오 친구톡, 알림톡을 발송할 수 있습니다.

카카오 메시지를 발송하려면 먼저 카카오 비즈니스 인증이 완료된 채널이 필요합니다.\

등록된 카카오 비즈니스 정보로 인증한 뒤 설정할 수 있습니다.

카카오 채널 검색용 ID는 \[카카오 비즈니스 > 채널 > 프로필 > 프로필 설정]에서 확인할 수 있습니다.<br>

설정 후 다른 카카오 비즈니스 채널로 변경을 원할 경우 설정 창에서 "변경하기" 버튼을 클릭하면, 다른 정보로 등록할 수 있습니다.

## 2. 문자

문자 메시지를 발송하기 위해서는 반드시 "발신번호 사전 등록"을 먼저 해주셔야 합니다.

발신번호는 ISA(한국인터넷진흥원) 규정에 따라 거짓 표시 방지를 위해 반드시 사전 등록해야 하며, 이를 증빙하기 위해 통신사 가입 명의자에 따라 요구되는 서류 제출 과정이 필요합니다.

#### 수신거부 번호 등록

광고 메시지를 발송하기 위해서는 수신거부 번호 등록이 필수 의무 사항입니다.

사용중인 080 수신거부번호를 입력하면, 별도 인증 과정 없이 발송되는 문자 메시지 마지막에 자동으로 입력됩니다.

> 고객이 수신거부 전화를 통해 메시지 수신을 차단한 경우 자사몰 플랫폼의 회원 정보가 정상적으로 업데이트 되는지 확인해야 합니다.\
> 머큐리엑스에서는 자사몰 플랫폼 회원의 SMS 수신동의 여부를 조회하여 수신거부 회원에게는 메시지를 발송하지 않습니다.
