# 오디언스 만들기

\- 오디언스는 최대 100개 까지 생성이 가능합니다.

## 1. 오디언스 메뉴에서 만들기

### 오디언스 만들기 버튼 클릭

오디언스 화면 상단에 "+ 오디언스 만들기"버튼을 클릭합니다.

### 프리셋 오디언스 선택 또는 직접 만들기

머큐리엑스에서 제공되는 프리셋 오디언스를 선택하거나 모든 조건을 직접 세팅할 경우 "오디언스 직접 만들기"버튼을 클릭합니다.

**프리셋 오디언스란?**

자주 사용하는 대상자 조건을 한 번의 클릭으로 적용할 수 있도록 미리 준비된 오디언스입니다.

오디언스 선택 목록에서 원하는 프리셋 오디언스를 선택한 뒤 "선택 완료"를 클릭합니다.

### 오디언스 조건 편집

기준이 되는 고객 조건을 선택한 후 룰셋/필터 조건을 설정합니다.\
\- 룰셋 사용 스위치를 사용 상태로 변경한 후 원하는 필터 조건을 설정합니다.

룰셋/필터 의미

**\[**&#x2460; **룰셋]**&#xC740; 구매·고객·방문 등 조건을 묶은 그룹 단위이고, **\[**&#x2461; **필터]**&#xB294; 그 안에서 대상자를 세분화해 추출하는 조건입니다.

### 대상자 수 확인하기

**"대상자 수 확인하기"** 버튼을 클릭하면, 설정된 룰셋과 필터 조건의 대상자 수를 미리 확인할 수 있습니다.

### 오디언스 설정 완료

룰셋과 필터 조건 설정을 완료한 후 **"오디언스 설정 완료"** 버튼을 클릭하면, 오디언스 이름을 입력 할 수 있습니다.

오디언스 이름을 입력하고 "오디언스 생성하기" 버튼을 클릭하면 오디언스 생성이 완료됩니다.\
\- 오디언스 이름은 최대 50자 까지 입력할 수 있습니다.

## 2. 인사이트에서 만들기

> 인사이트에서 제공되는 차트의 특정 지표를 선택해 오디언스를 만들 수 있습니다.

### 인사이트 메뉴 이동

인사이트 메뉴에서 "매출 인사이트, 방문 인사이트, 세그먼트, 퍼널" 메뉴로 이동합니다.

### 차트 클릭

매직 스틱이 표시된 차트에서 원하는 Y축 영역에 마우스를 올리면 커서에 웨이브 효과가 나타납니다.\
이때 마우스 왼쪽 버튼을 클릭하면 액션 레이어 창이 열리고, 여기서 "오디언스"를 선택할 수 있습니다.

### 오디언스 대상자 확인

선택한 지표에 따른 오디언스 대상자 수를 확인할 수 있고, "오디언스 만들기"버튼을 클릭하면 오디언스가 즉시 생성됩니다.\
\- 대상자 수는 회원 ID 기준으로 집계되며, 비회원은 포함되지 않습니다.\
\- 오디언스를 생성하면 해당 대상자는 그대로 유지됩니다.

2개 이상의 세부 지표가 제공될 경우, 셀렉트에서 원하는 지표를 선택해 해당 대상자를 확인할 수 있습니다.

### 생성된 오디언스 확인

생성 후 오디언스 보기를 클릭하면 오디언스 메뉴로 이동되며 생성 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.

#### 사용자 생성 오디언스와 차이점

* 오디언스 이름은 해당 지표명과 지표 데이터의 기준 기간이 표시됩니다.
* 기준 조건에 **"인사이트"**&#xB85C; 표시됩니다.
